A popular menu item featuring "Toki Saba," a brand-name fish from Nagasaki.Fatty, in-season mackerel is marinated slowly in a special sesame sauce to bring out its rich flavor and aroma. It's great as a snack to go with drinks, but we also recommend serving it over hot rice to create a luxurious seafood rice bowl. This is a proud product that allows you to fully appreciate the quality of the ingredients.
